Welcome to King Choice Market (operated by Golden Treasure NY Inc, “KCM Mall,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services to purchase food products, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.

We strive to keep product pricing and inventory information accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. If an item becomes out of stock after you place an order, we may cancel that item and issue a refund.
Product Quality and Supply Limitations
To provide fresher products, we aim to minimize excess inventory. If supply chain issues affect availability, we will notify you and process a refund as appropriate.
4. Returns and AfterSales Policy
Because food safety is our top priority, our return policy is as follows:
No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Quality Issues (Expired, Damaged, or Incorrect Item)
If you receive a product that is expired, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@kingchoicemarket.com and include photos. After verification, we will arrange either:
· a refund, or
· a replacement shipment (reshipment).
NonQuality Returns (Not a Quality Issue)
Return eligibility depends on the specific item listing:
· Please refer to the instructions on the product page.
· If the product page states “Returnable,” please contact Customer Support for return instructions.
· If the product page does not state returnable, or is marked “Final Sale,” the item is not returnable.
Taste/Preference
We do not accept refund requests based on personal taste or preference (for example, “I don’t like the flavor”).
5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
ThirdParty Carriers and Delivery Estimates
We ship using thirdparty carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS). Any delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is handed to the carrier. If tracking shows a package was delivered but you did not receive it (including suspected theft), please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Temperature Sensitivity (e.g., Chocolate)
Some items (such as chocolate) may be sensitive to heat. We cannot control temperatures during transit. We recommend refrigerating heatsensitive items promptly upon arrival.
Incorrect Address
You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is lost or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by you, we are unable to offer a refund.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
Our website, services, and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
KCM Mall is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damage arising out of or related to your use of our website, services, or products.

If you violate these Terms and it results in a claim by a third party against KCM Mall, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) related to that claim.
